Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Firework Mania (“the app”), the iOS arcade game published through the App Store. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't install or use it.

1. The license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use Firework Mania on any iOS device you own or control. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, distribute, sublicense, or resell the app or any part of it.

2. In-app purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases:

• Sparks bundles. Consumable virtual currency spent on cosmetic rockets and sky packs. Sparks have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's standard refund policy.
• Remove Ads. One-time, non-consumable purchase that removes interstitial and banner ads from your account. Restorable across devices logged into the same Apple ID.

All purchases are processed by Apple. Pricing, taxes, and refunds follow Apple's standard policies. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Virtual goods

All in-game items (Sparks, rockets, sky packs, cosmetic unlocks) are virtual. You have a limited license to use them inside the app for as long as the app is available. They have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the app. We may modify, remove, or rebalance items at any time as part of ongoing game updates.

4. Acceptable use

When using Firework Mania, you agree NOT to:

• Cheat, exploit, or use third-party tools to gain unfair advantage
• Attempt to access servers, APIs, or game state you are not authorized to
• Reverse-engineer or modify the app binary
• Use the app to harass other players or violate any law

5. Game Center and leaderboards

If you opt into Game Center, your altitude scores are submitted to a public leaderboard. We reserve the right to remove scores we determine to be the product of cheating, exploits, or other unfair manipulation.

6. Updates and availability

We may update Firework Mania at any time to fix bugs, balance gameplay, add content, or comply with platform requirements. We may also discontinue the app or any feature without notice. We are not obligated to maintain backwards compatibility with older save data after major updates.

7. Disclaimers

Firework Mania is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of Firework Mania. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in in-app purchases during the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Apple-specific terms

You acknowledge that these terms are between you and us, not between you and Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price.

Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and has the right to enforce them against you.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be highlighted in-app on first launch after an update. Continued use of Firework Mania after a change means you accept the new terms.
