How do I unlock rockets and sky packs?

Play runs to earn Sparks, then spend them in the rocket and sky pickers on the home screen. Some cosmetics cost more than others; aim higher altitudes and chain perfect catches to fill your Spark balance faster.

I bought Remove Ads but ads still show on a new device.

On the new device, sign in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used for the purchase. Open Firework Mania and let it boot once: the StoreKit receipt syncs in the background and Remove Ads becomes active automatically. If it doesn't, force quit and reopen the app, or tap “Restore Purchases” in Settings inside the app.

My Sparks balance is wrong / I lost progress.

Progress is stored locally on your device. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, your saves were cleared by iOS. If you didn't reinstall and your balance still looks wrong, email us with your approximate previous balance and we'll investigate.

The game crashed on me.

Sorry about that. Crashes auto-report through Apple's standard crash diagnostics if you opted into “Share with App Developers” in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements. If you can reproduce the crash, email us with what you were doing right before it happened.

How do I get a refund?

All in-app purchases go through Apple. Use reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund. We don't process payments ourselves, so we can't issue refunds directly.

How do I delete my data?

Game state lives only on your device — delete and reinstall the app to wipe it. For anonymous analytics tied to your device ID, email us and we'll delete it from our analytics provider within 30 days.

My language isn't supported.

Firework Mania is currently localized in English (US & UK), Spanish (Spain & Mexico), French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Japanese, and Simplified Chinese. If you want your language added, drop us a line — we add locales when enough players ask.

Can I play offline?

Yes. Everything except ads and Game Center leaderboard submissions works offline. Ads require a connection. Your high scores are kept locally until your next online session syncs them to Game Center.
